King’s is pleased to introduce Chef Christien Darvall as a new Professional Trainer & Assessor, bringing extensive international experience into the classroom.
With over 30 years in the culinary industry, Chef Christien has worked across a range of professional kitchens in countries including the UK, China, France, and Australia. His background reflects a strong foundation in both technical skills and industry standards, which he now shares with students at King’s.
In his classes, Chef Christien focuses not only on practical cooking techniques but also on developing a deeper understanding of kitchen operations and professional expectations. Students are encouraged to think critically, work with precision, and build confidence through hands-on experience.
Students have responded positively to his teaching approach, noting the balance between guidance and challenge. His classes offer an environment where learners can develop their skills while gaining insight into real-world culinary practices.
King’s looks forward to the valuable contribution Chef Christien will continue to make in supporting students throughout their culinary journey.
